Where is the official response from gigabyte about the Ryzen 7000 series chip burnouts?

I just built a new rig with a b650 aorus elite AX and a 7800x3d/32g 5600 OLOy dual RAM sticks, I've been running it with EXPO enabled for the past week or two since I assembled the rig with typical gaming usage/one stress test to check for proper CPU cooler temps.

I'm obviously very concerned with all the drama coming from these chips burning out and the finger getting pointed at EXPO on these boards. I personally haven't had any issues yet, but I'd like to see gigabyte make an official statement on the matter and hopefully release a BIOS update that makes these voltage spikes a non possibility on their boards. I'm also a computer building novice, so things like SOC voltages and the like weren't even on my radar as something I need to be monitoring when I was stress testing my system. For the time being I've disabled EXPO and am now waiting for some type of an update from gigabyte.

It's clear they're aware of it as they've deleted all BIOS updates but two, (I updated to F4 from F3 about a week ago). But it's been radio silence so far on gigabytes end.

UPDATE: I have *just* updated my BIOS on my gigabyte b650 aorus elite AX to the F5b they just released (4/25/23) and turned EXPO back on. This was my voltage readings after all is said and done, seems to be in the acceptable levels now?
