Help!! I need some advice/tips for my gerbils

How do you keep their bedding from covering up everything in their tank? Like their water dish, platforms and their wheels as well😭😭 it seems like everything I do they mess it up in just 20mins, I have to change out their sand Everytime too 😭😔 (they have a 75 gallon tank for the two off them)
