Propagation : is it possible in these cases ?

Hello 🍂 so I want to expand my garden space a litttle bit, by propagation, I've done some research regarding these specific species and turns out it's immensely challenging to grow it elsewhere via a cut stem/branch, specially the African agapanthus. Is it even eligible for the process ?

My previous attempts were unfortunately never successful, therefore....help ^°

I'd appreciate to know and read more about this matter, any advice or guidelines are welcome.
