Question

My renewal is coming up on the 28th of February but everything is due in by the 6th it’s asking for my pay stubs, are they wanting Decembers pay stubs or January’s im so confused im in pa btw the paper says it’s due in in the sixth of February but I have a phone Renewal on the 11th of February. so do they need January 6th to February 6th paystubs everyone keeps telling me they need the last two weeks of December and the first two weeks of January
