Will FASFA pay for a second degree?

Hi everyone! I am a pre-nursing student that just finished all my prereqs at a CC and have used a lot of my Fasfa to get me through school. This last semester my physiology professor was explaining that Fasfa renews whenever you go back to school to get a higher degree. She stated that she got her associates at a CC which was covered by Fasfa, she went back for her bachelors, and renewed again when she went for her masters and her fasfa restarted each time because it was a higher degree. I’ve tried looking into this online but have found nothing on this. Does anyone know if this is true ?? Thanks !
