Reset training mode on Haute42 T16

Hi guys,

I wanted to wavu like all the cool people so I got a T16 and I have no clue how to reset training mode. It's kinda annoying. I've always played on pad so I used the touchpad.

I've been searching around and it seems like there's a macro you can do but idk the first thing about how to set up macros.
