Too picky? Cosmetic blemishes on AM Pro II Strat

I recently picked up this AM Pro II Strat in 2 color sunburst.

It is a replacement for one that had some QC issues with rough fretboard edges and significant scratches. I’ve made a separate post about that one.

This one is really nice and I’m in love with the grain and how it plays. I have noticed the fretboard finish flaking off the edges in some spots and just found a tiny hairline crack at the neck heel.

A lot of people who’ve similarly had this issue have had others say to return it - but given this is my second one I’m wary of having to go through the trouble again. What do you think? Are these issues Fender can fix? Or are they even worth fixing? This particular color isn’t produced anymore either so finding them stocked is getting harder. I’ve been in contact with the retailer who is going to contact Fender so they can advise.

It’s brand new - was sealed in a box and not on display this one. Just wary that I have paid a lot of money for a brand new instrument that seems to have issues and now finding it may be hard to part with given the possibility of not finding one that plays as good.
