Is Onyx Storm worth reading ?

I loved Fourth Wing, but struggled to get through Iron Flame. I found it to be very poorly paced and ended up speed reading/skimming probably 200 pages before the last 100 pages. I’ve seen mixed reviews on OS. I think my hesitancy comes from expecting so much better from IF after FW was so engaging. I said I wouldn’t buy OS but feeling little bit of fomo lol
