can JW's support lgbtq? are my grandparents faking their support?

im bisexual and nonbinary. came out to them a couple years ago. they didn't say much to my memory, smth like "we love you"? idk. are they faking support or is there a possibility they're genuinely supporting me? to my knowledge it's very frowned upon to JW's. sorry if this is a dumb question, i don't know much about JW's. my stepdad hates them and does not allow us to discuss anything surrounding JW's. edit: they are very loving people and i know that. i spent a lot of time with them in childhood and it really hurts wondering if they genuinely accept me. (oops i started crying)
