Your take: What is trump’s end game here?

Of course his actions reflect immense reward for loyalists & the repositioning game to create a system that favors him/his loyalists and his supporters. But to what ends? Oligarchy? Deal with Russia to break America? Simply whatever the hell he wants because he can?

I’m curious, beyond his firing-round of executive orders and potential stress-testing about income/sales taxes and defunding government aid… what do you truly think his long vision is?
