calls on the CAT s22 flip in europe (issue... please somebody heeelp :ˈ(

Hello, Ive recreantly bought a CAT s22 flip (like today i mean), its supposed to be fully unlocked and as far as I can see it is, cellular data and sms work fine....but one major problem has occurred, it is as far as I know unable to make calls, everytime somebody calls me the calls simply just doesnt go through and on their end it says i am unavailable and on my side it sends a sms saying i have a missed call. When I try to call it no ringing tune is played and after a while the call just ends. Sadly i havent found a solution myself and im hoping somebody here might just know whats wrong and know a fix. For now thank you guys in advance for any help and im gonna be praying i havent wasted my money on a non functional phone :) (Im in the Czech Republic and use Vodafone for anybody wondering)

EDIT: After checking if the phone is actually unlocked in the settings (it says it is) I restarted it if anything would change, sadly to no avail, but it is displaying a "processing requests" notification from an app called carrier hub... so i have hope. However my phone number is still displayed as unknown...

UPDATE: Visited Germany today and now even my signal it self is gone and I am unable to get it connected... truly lost.

UPDATE 2: My signal connection has returned wooohooo sadly still dont know what to do about the no phone number problem.
