Which party members have you used the least in the mainline games?

Excluding missable characters/characters that leave the party/make your own party members. Party members that stay with you until the end. No monsters.

Some I see Dragon Quest fans mention a lot (not necessarily my least used picks):

Prince of Cannock (Frequently dies, even if you want to use him he is inaccessible due to being dead.)

.The wives after they rejoin your party the final time (underleveled, lot of other good party members) No this isn't everyone, but a lot do.

.Ashlynn(Really low HP, dies all the time)

.Honorary mention to Maribel, who after she rejoins you the last time most kick her out as she's underleveled
