Accessibility Issue (PIN Requirement)

I cancelled one order (ever, one) yesterday since it was freezing, late, and there were zero drivers working whatsoever for over an hour and clearly there weren't going to be. Next day, the Leave It At My Door option is disabled and a PIN is required, and support says no one can do anything about it. I cannot do the Hand It To me option. This is an extreme accessibility issue to punitively limit a customer's account, in a way that no human being can revert, for using the option (that they give you!) to cancel an order when no driver was ever assigned to it. Anyone have any solutions?
