Am I overreacting?

I’m at work, and I ordered a smoothie to be delivered to my office since i’m the only one here today and wouldn’t be able to leave to go get lunch. All of the crew had already left for the day and I get a message from my driver that they’ll be arriving soon. It never fails, a customer called so I get tied up on the phone with them addressing a problem and my driver arrives. They message that they’d arrived and the woman comes up to the door. Since I was on the phone I was unable to go unlock the front door for her but I was quickly trying to end the phone call so I could meet her.

She walks away and a large man who was riding with her got out of the passenger seat and came to the door and banged on the door repeatedly until I ultimately had to apologize to the customer and tell them I would call them back because they could hear the banging over the phone. I answered the door and profusely apologized, and told them I had got hung up on the phone and the man made a comment about how I “need to learn some common courtesy” the woman handed me our offices now broken doorbell from him banging on the door along with my drink and apologized on behalf of the man that was with her.

I have never given a bad review to a driver before and still ultimately left them my tip for the order, because I doordash on the weekends and I know how much the extra cash helps. I just feel completely unsettled by the interaction. In hindsight I should’ve just left the door unlocked so she could walk in but the banging on the door felt unnecessary as they had been waiting for less than five minutes. More than anything I’m trying to decide whether or not to reach out to doordash on the situation to complain.
