Action 5 pro, why is the video so shaky?

I just got my osmo Action 5 pro delivered and I went to test it, why is the video “vibrating” with every step I am taking?

This was shot in Supernightmode 4k/30fps RS Wide mode.

I came home and I was looking the footage on my Macbook pro and it all looks garbage?
