Is this wiring diagram kosher?

I don't know if you can read it but the array is 12.5 kw and my biggest concern is the drop. From the string inverter to the service panel the distance is 160ft. The diagram has it at 6 awg thwn-2. Finally I wanted to change from a line side tap to a load side tap. How do I calculate the breaker size? Or better yet, what would the breaker size be?
