Suggestions regarding career pls,gave genuine advice

Hy My friend did 10th in 2015 then she started doing blog and then 2022 she realised value of education and passed 12th from NIOS IN medical and kn 2023 doing bca and recently she's in 2nd year and learn fronted and python guys pls suggest what skills she should focus to get job in 2025 before completed 2nd year bcz she's from tier 4 collg so she think she should have experience before completing degree and us this gap years affected her or any startup type company gave her chance without degree ??
