Arabiyat Lamsat Harir perfume review
Hello! Fellow Perfume Lovers,
With the recent rose in popularity among Middle Eastern fragrances brands, I just had to jump into the hype and purchase a few to own and enjoy. I'm a 44 y/o woman who grew up in Abu Dhabi, UAE during the 80's and 90's, so I have some experience of typical ME perfumes that are heavy and oudh-y, to the point of being suffocating. And so I have steered clear of them for a long time, until now. Thanks to many reviewers, I finally decided to take the plunge and test of few Arabic perfumes houses to see whether they've graduated to include more western notes in their perfumes. And the captioned perfume definitely did the job well! Let me explain how -
Arabiyat first of is not as poluar as other ME perfumes like Lattafa or Paris Corner etc. But I personally think it deserves more recognition, particularly with this gorgeous scent called Lamsat Harir. What a beautiful composition! For the amount I paid (Rs. 900/- odd on Flipkart), this one is worth every rupee and more, frankly!
This perfume opens to a beautiful fruity scent much like coca cola and bubblegum in the best possible manner. Trust, this coming from a middle aged lady who doesn't particularly fancy sweet smelling fragrances. But these notes progress quickly to a fruity floral vibe that lasts very long. Id peg this as perfect for evenings and dinner parties. It's just a lovely smell that has multiple floral nuances with a sweet trail. Anyone and everyone would like this at least. I'm so glad I bought a full sized 100 ml bottle! Total win.
I hope my review helps those of you looking to buy this perfume. Thanks for reading. Cheers, and keep smelling amazing!!
