Why is vecna a B tier Killer?

I recently bought vecna and started learning his craft and from what I’ve seen, this guy is way too strong for being on the B tier in tier lists like Orzdarvas. I’ve been getting consistent 3k and 4ks against SWF’s and p100 people while basically not even being prestiged. Is there any consistent counter play to him I’m missing?
