Cyberpunk on sale right now on PS5. Should I buy?

I'm completely bored with gaming and need something fresh and exciting. I never played Cyberpunk yet, but it is on sale right now on PS5 for $29.99. It got me thinking.....I remember being interested in it when it first came out, but all the reports of how buggy and broken it was turned me away. Is it worth getting now?
