Help Diagnosing Potential Issue - Vibrating Sound

2018 CRV Touring

I noticed the following during a three point turn:

- If im at a dead stop and have the wheel turned all the way to the left or right, when I start moving there is an abrasion/rumbling sound from the wheel well.

- I've started noticing this sound over the last 4-6 weeks but only under this specific circumstance

- I took it to the dealership and they couldn't replicate

- I've had my brakes and rotars replaced recently
