First Murph - should I get a vest?
Hi all, will be doing my first Murph this weekend :) Been doing crossfit for about 3 months, powerlifting for 6 years - my endurance isn't so great because I've neglected cardio. Can do 10 pullups. Should I get a weighted vest for this?
Edit: this is my most controversial post yet, I'm not trolling 😭 I'm just underestimating the wod or overestimating my abilities
Did it scaled with a band for the pullups (5 10 15) and finished in 48min!
