What do I do now for sleep?

I tried everything I saw recommended here… sleep hygiene, LDN, antihistamines, beta blockers, supplements like magnesium, sleep apnea device. They help, some by a lot. Still I don’t feel rested in the morning. I feel like I’m missing something.

This is really annoying because you can’t “return to normal” without good sleeps. I have ADHD so bad sleeps would make me really erratic.

Before you recommend sleep meds like trazodone, I already tried it. And I built tolerance in a month.

P/S: I remember coming across some posts listing the top strategies for insomnia in this sub. Please share it here if you remember where it is 🙏

Edit: - I used to have both sleep onset and sleep maintenance insomnia. The main problem now is only sleep quality: I don't feel very refreshed or sharp the next day for my work.
