8 wks old kitten question

First, obligatory cat tax post.

She's currently 1lb 13 oz and according to a post form Chewy, I'm supposed to be feeding, at her weight, ~104 kcal/day. Do I follow size chart or should I feed more than recommended?

Also, wet food is expensive, so I'm cutting up a can into 16 pieces and I'm freezing them and going to feed a slice a day. (6.18 kcal/slice and I'll calculate accordingly.)

Also, og pet parent was feeding dry food unmoistened, and no wet food.

I was like, why not, and put water in the dry food, and have a chunk today. She went at them both. Should I keep up the moisture?

I'm going to be keeping a chart of her growth and we'll see how it goes!!
