Are these scabs something more serious than scabs…?

Hello, I noticed one of the scabs about a month ago and today when she was laying on me (which is very rare because she doesn’t like to be too affectionate)I saw she had another one. It’s alarming me because the first one didn’t even heal and I am starting to feel terrible that I didn’t take her in before when I saw the first one…

She’s 4 years old and eats, sleeps, and behaves normally. She’s always been very energetic and silly and none of that has changed. I’m not sure if that helps at all.
