I think I’m too old to start over?

I am a 34F and I feel like I have wasted my life. I’m currently a social worker and I hate it. I wish I could go back to school for business management or finance but I just feel like I am a dinosaur and by time I’m done I will be aged out.

Edit: Not to sound cheesy but thank you to everyone that commented, y’all gave me the battery in my back to do some research and make the jump. I’m going to get older anyway why not get older doing what I want and that is to make that Moneyyy lol
