South to the Valley

Hi all,

I wanted to ask about the public transport from southern suburbs to Fortitude Valley. Would the south line from Sunnybank be consistent to Fortitude valley for every day commute to and from work. Would the 50c be applicable?

Are they are major obstructions or frequent changes to the line due to construction?
