Why would Mike let Walter bring him up his bag with money

Honestly, he hated the dude, Jessie could do that instead of Walt and Mike could be chilling at Bahamas right now, I don't get that equally with the scene where they took Gus's laptop as a evidence along with the photo of him with some other unknown guy, really, what's the use of that photograph, why any cop would think it's worth to take as evidence, eh anyway still the greatest show on earth
