Brave Browser stopped blocking ads unless I Run as Admin

No idea what happened today. Started Brave Browser and very little to no ad blocking works on every site. I noticed that the Brave Ad Block Updater component has an error under Components, but the error goes away also when running in admin. I have reinstalled and still have this issue. Curious if there are any fixes or if anyone has encountered it in the past. Thanks.

EDIT: I reapplied folder permissions as suggested by /u/Chydrayismiantonthlu and all is working now. No idea what caused it, but that's not important. Thanks everyone.
