Winter is breathing down my neck, how should I stay in good riding shape?
Bought my first proper bmx earlier this summer (a Kink Switch) and I've been having a blast cruising around and practicing the basics like hops, fakies and manuals. However, the weather is getting colder, meaning things like snow and ice are on their way. I don't have any indoor parks near me (upstate ny) and no friends to ride with, so my riding will be limited to those special warm days.
I'm wondering what I should do in the meantime as far as keeping the "gains" I've made. Should I just do a One Punch Man, and do push-ups, situps and a few runs a week while devouring riding vids?
