Prestige Master levels frozen

I’ve noticed in lobbies and with friends that the levels for prestige masters seem to have frozen. Friend is level 220 yet has shown as 195 for almost 2 weeks.

As you can see, he has the emblem for waw which is obtained after level 200. I show for him as 163.

What’s going on with this? It’s been like this for weeks
