Skill issue?

I been playing cod for over a decade now and I’ve adapted to the newer games but idk if it’s me or the SBMM but the people on these newer cods are just too good now bruh. I have a 1.6 KD I’m an average dude who plays cod but idk. These last recent cod’s the game isn’t casually fun anymore IMO does anybody else feel this way? Im not the type to complain but I do miss how simple and casually fun the old games felt.😕
