HE-1 needs to rot in hell, help?

I can't hit anything with this thing. Why do they put these free launchers in with dumb challenges. Don't tell me to aim then move till it's off screen cos it doesn't work and I'm not dumb. Rockets just fly away from the target. So dumb. I hit one uav with sheer luck and nothing else.
