The Recon Combat Specialty aka See Through Walls in Hardcore.

This combat specialty is the most op brainless thing in hardcore atm. You have no way to counter it and you just get killed through walls or get tracked until you're in their line of sight as soon as they spawn. You should be able to at least counter it with cold-blooded (useless perk atm).
