Cute flats that don't need to be broken in?

Any recommendations for comfy flats that are long(-ish) lasting and won't break the bank?

I'm turning 30 and tired of all these ballet flats that look nice but give me blisters within 20 minutes of light walking.

Wide range of colours would be nice but if they're only neutrals that works for me too. I just want something durable enough that doesn't need to be broken in.
