Has anyone rescued a lab testing beagle?

And if so what was your experience like? I’m currently fostering one, sort of considering adopting her, but I’m not sure I’m the right home for her.

She is going to need a lot of training and socialization. She’s absolutely terrified of everyone besides me.

If you’ve rescued a lab beagle, or similar situation like a puppy mill dog, how did it go? How long did it take them to get past their fears?
