Staff not working

To keep a long story short, I tend bar currently at a Mexican restaurant. We recently just got 2 dart boards. All of the staff including kitchen staff play darts while we have tables. Tables have to come down into the bar to ask for their check because the servers are busy playing darts. Personally I don’t think this is a great look. Walk into an establishment and see them entire staff preoccupied playing darts.
