Why is everything more expensive now?

Just saw couple of posts about price hike of KIA airport shuttle bus, NICE road toll and mysore road toll, price of produce is visibly higher, auto annas will charge left and right without a blink, are people really paying such high prices without worrying?

Where is this coming from? Why isn’t there much pushback by middle class who are literally squeezed?
