Help me to understand this w&b chart

I’m doing a project where i will simulate 738 balancing during maintenance activities. I have this graph taken from AMM Parking with engines removed. So lets say i remove the engines, i take values from the end of WBM, drop my weight and calculate new CG. Then i add a point in the graph where my weight and CG meet and hope that it will be to the left of GROUND STABILITY LIMIT? Thats it? If it’s to the right of stability limit, add ballast to fwd cargo to push CG forward?
