Several months on estrogen...here's what's happened

Okay, so I think I'm going to ask for a larger dose, because the only noticeable change I've seen is it takes longer for my facial hair to grow in and I have slightly bigger of a chest. I started on 2mg daily in August, doubled that to 4mg later. Is this common?
