Aneurysmal septal with possible very trivial perforation?

I had an ECG and echo done recently as my GP heard a heart murmur and I’d been having some chest pains on my left side, though since then I’m not convinced the pains weren’t anxiety, as I’ve now sometimes felt them on the right side too (and not felt them at all recently).

My ECG came back as abnormal but GP said it wasn’t significant. I had abnormal S and T waves and sinus tachycardia, but I was super nervous while it was being done.

I’m going in on Tuesday to discuss my echo results, which I’ve just received. Results are:

“It shows normal biventricular size and function. There is aneurysmal interatrial septal with possible very trivial perforation. No significant shunt seen. Both atria are non-dilated. There is also mild posterior mitral leaflet bowing with trivial to mild mitral regurgitation which is not significant.”

Are these results anything to worry about? I get visual migraines very occasionally (once a year) and had heard about a possible link between them and a PFO, although my report only has possible trivial perforation.

I’m worried though because my cousin had a significant PFO which led to a stroke in her earlier 30s which has left her in a wheelchair for the past decade.

Thanks
