Opinions on subject selection?

Our school has 5 mandatory A levels: I've selected Physics, Chemistry, Maths and EL so far, but I'm torn between Biology and Economics.

I have no idea if I want to pursue STEM or an Economics degree later on, so which of the two do you think would be more beneficial or keep my options open?

(I did well in Bio at IG but have not taken eco btw)
