Arsenal SLR 107R for $800+Tax

I’ve been presented with buying this Arsenal SLR 107R from a gun store in town for $800+tax and it’s becoming more and more unrefusable to me. It’s got a little wear and tear on it but the furniture it’s got with it makes it even better. Can anyone give me a single reason not to buy this rifle?
