Asus warranty experience

Just wanted to share my good experience with Asus customer service (Canada).

The screen on my g16 amd 2024 failed on January 11th, you can check my last post here for reference.

I contacted Asus on the 12th, repair was set up immediately. Shipped it over on the 13th, they received on the 14th and by the 17 they had already fixed it and shipped it back to me. I got it yesterday, the oled panel was replaced.

Pretty smooth experience. Funny thing is their emails tell you you have to ship the item at your cost, but they send you a prepaid shipping label with the RMA number. Then the last email informing the shipping back to me is this automated apologetic email as if I had complaint about their repair times and process, I never reached out to them other than filling the warranty form lmao.

Anyways, not trying to praise asus here, this is just how every company should operate when it comes to standing by their products and customers. Hopefully they stay this way.
