How to not get into an obsessive habit of weighing yourself everyday? How often are you weighing?

Purposes by saying I have OCD so it might be a little bit too obsessive of a thought for me but it’s something I’m sure other people struggle with so would love to know what stops you from weighing everyday if you become obsessed with it?

I weigh 370 female right now, I’ve lost 11lbs so far on 1.5 the past 4 weeks dosing up to 5mg tomorrow - I’ve had 3 other periods in my life I’ve lost over 80-100lbs and I’d go through phases of obsessing over weighing every day…

I found it helpful not weighing for a month at a time when I first started, but obviously as I progressed I’d weigh myself once a week.. but as I start this journey trying to find ways to not become so obsessive over the scale
