Considering pre owned xbox s

So I am thinking of buying a pre-owned xbox s from game nation. Is the site reliable or anyone here has bought any console from there?. Actually ordered a new one from Amazon on new year and got someother item instead. Fortunately refund is in process. Now I'm scared to order it from Amazon
