I did 19/30. I wanna know what character to build and how to improve toa....i fairely build carlotta and jinshi(I know the crit damage is lacking 😕 😕) so tell me what character to build I am really confused nowi haven't build zhezhi(thinking of using 44111 moonlit on her )... And rover not build
