Pulls for a newbie?

I currently don’t have any limited characters yet and the 5 stars I have are verina and encore s1. I have a guarantee and 60 pulls saved up so far. The main team I’m playing rn is havoc rover, sanhua and verina. I really want Brant and phoebe so I am probably skipping this banner but looks like I may need Zani and Changli for both of these characters? Trying to decide if need to pull weapons for these characters too since I don’t have great alternatives yet either. Just feels like I need to do a lot of pulling in such a limited amount of time and if it’s doable for a new account? I will probably skip Changli and just put Brant with encore depending on pull luck
