2 year natural progress!
23 year old natural bodybuilder, just under 2 years of training experience :) I work as a personal trainer while finishing my degree. I have plans to compete in bikini in either late 2025 or early 2026 once I have a bit more muscle and then hopefully on to wellness as I grow these legs 🫡
Training:
— 4-6 days of lifting a week
• legs - 3x/week
• upper body - 2-3x/week for about 1.5 years, have tapered down to just 1x/week the last 6 months to fit bikini criteria
Cardio:
(only added in during cutting phase of the last few months, didn't really do cardio before)
— 3-5x/week; 20-60 min • the variability is based on whether or not I have a training session on a given day • on leg days: either no cardio or only 20-30 min • on upper / rest days: 45-60 mins
Everything else:
• daily calorie and protein tracking, don't count other macros
• abide by most science based training principles, but train really damn hard :)
