Will Microsoft allow unsupported hardware users of Windows 11 to upgrade to 23H2?

Today MS released there 23H2 of Windows 11. I tried to check through updates, but it is not showing the update (or any updates in fact). I have an unsupported PC and the updates work fine. I have a feeling that it could be the case that MS might this time not let unsupported users to upgrade to 23H2 version.
